Collects buy and sell taxes (1% protocol fee plus a configurable per-token rate) by taking Q-token amounts via BeforeSwapDelta and AfterSwapDelta, routing proceeds to creator fees, SNOW buyback-burn, dividends, and auto-added tax liquidity. Only factory-registered curves may initialize pools; liquidity is permanently locked.
