Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-26. These terms cover the Unlisted website, DEX, SDK, MCP server and API (the service). By using the service you accept them.

What the service is

Unlisted is software. It indexes Uniswap v4 hooks from Uniswap's public hooklist registry and from public blockchain data, decodes their permissions, runs simulated test swaps with eth_call, computes a safety score by a published formula, quotes swaps and builds Universal Router transactions that your own wallet signs. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice.

Scores, flags and probes

A score, a flag reading or a probe result describes public facts at the time they were read. It is not an audit, a rating or a guarantee. A hook can behave differently on your swap than on the last probe, for example when its owner changes a setting, when the pool moves, or when your swap is larger. Registry data belongs to its maintainers and may be wrong or out of date.

Your wallet and your funds

Every transaction is built in the open and signed by your wallet. We never hold your assets, your keys or your approvals, and we cannot reverse a transaction. You are responsible for checking what you sign, including the minimum you receive.

Fees and $UNLST

The DEX charges no fee of its own today. Once the UnlistedBonds contract is deployed, swaps routed by Unlisted carry a 0.10% fee split as published on the Protocol page. $UNLST is a utility token used for bonds behind hooks; it gives no ownership of, or claim on, any company, and a bond can be slashed by the rule on the Bonds page.

Risk

Swaps carry market risk, smart contract risk and the risk of the pools, hooks and tokens involved. Tokenized stocks and other assets named on the site belong to their issuers. Unlisted is not affiliated with Uniswap Labs, Robinhood, Pons or any hook author.

Restrictions

Do not use the service where it is unlawful for you, to launder funds, or to evade sanctions. We may restrict access to the website for anyone who does.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, the operators are not liable for losses from its use, including lost funds, failed swaps, wrong scores or stale data.
