Add the server

Streamable HTTP at /api/mcp. In Claude Code:

claude mcp add --transport http unlisted https://<site>/api/mcp

Tools

`find_hooks`	Search and rank hooks by volume, new, rising, unlisted, risky or pools; filter by chain or token.
`hook_report`	Flags in plain words, probe, score and reasons, pools, swaps, volume, deployer.
`quote`	Best routes for a swap on Robinhood Chain with a card per hook.
`build_swap`	Universal Router calldata for a route, with the red warnings attached. The agent signs.

An agent check

A trading agent about to buy a token from a tip calls quote, reads the hooks on the best route, and refuses any route whose hook can take a cut of the output and has a score under 50, or picks the vanilla route one line below.
