0x17e5e86a6a75d387f18753570c7f9d24522e20ccBlockscoutCharges a fixed fee on the stock leg of coin/stock pool swaps, minting ERC-6909 claims to a per-stock dividend vault. Pool creation is gated to a registrar; the fee rate (capped at 10%) is frozen per pool at initialization. Exact-stock-amount swaps revert on partial fill to prevent overcharging.
