0x251ba90e8791c25aa2340a7eabf4725bf98dc0ccBlockscoutA Uniswap v4 hook that charges a sliding swap fee based on how far the pool's current price is from its launch price. The fee starts at a configurable maximum at launch and decays linearly to a base fee as the price moves away, with fees collected as ERC-6909 claims in the quote currency and swept to a configurable recipient via a permissionless `sweep()` call. Fee parameters and recipient are owner-controlled.
