Fee hook for coin/pair-token pools that intercepts the pair-token leg of every swap to collect a configurable fee via BeforeSwapDelta and ERC-6909 accrual (zero net v4 delta per swap). Accumulated fees are split between a project treasury (paid in the pair token) and a protocol treasury (converted to WETH via a frozen DIRECT or VIA_USDG V3 route, with graceful in-kind pair-token degradation if conversion fails).
