Takes a hook fee plus an optional creator tax on every swap via afterSwap return delta, accumulating fees in pending balances. A trusted sweep operator periodically converts memecoin-denominated fees to the pool's quote currency via internal swaps, then distributes proceeds among the protocol, a buyback-and-lock vault (five-year vest), and the pool creator.
