0x57a90a0bc27718d88a2ff3674799e008e3d4e0ccBlockscoutERC-20/ERC-20 pool hook that collects a fixed fee always denominated in currency0. For zeroForOne swaps the fee is deducted from the input in beforeSwap; for oneForZero swaps it is deducted from the currency0 output in afterSwap. Only exact-input swaps are supported. The fee rate and recipient are immutable at deployment, and the hook only permits the fixed token pair set at construction.
