Launchpad hook for heks.fun on Robinhood Chain; V2.3 successor to V22Hook. Charges fees as hook deltas (not LP fee): a 1% protocol base fee, optional creator tax (0–10%), and a time-decaying anti-snipe surcharge on buys during a 10-second launch window. An optional holder gate restricts buys to NFT holders for a configurable post-launch period. After launch windows close, anyone may add/remove liquidity through PositionManager.
