0xa527da47273720a1178b7a44ac8907628242e0c4BlockscoutLaunchpad hook that charges a creator fee on every swap output (split 70/30 between creator and protocol) and caps exact-in WETH buy amounts during a configurable time-based launch window using a 3-phase curve (flat cap → linear ramp → uncapped) to reduce sniping at launch. Also supports multi-token LP reward distribution ("juice rail") using a fee-growth accumulator pattern.
