0xcf82a68c87ae94e3434219f6bb4151051b692a80BlockscoutLaunch-window hook for a single PVP/USDG 1% pool. Before market open (pvp.marketOpen()), restricts PVP buys to the designated launch router and blocks non-locker liquidity additions; the locker's LP position is permanently locked. Uses transient storage (EIP-1153) to authorize PVP token transfers during router-initiated buys. After market open, beforeSwap is a no-op for all participants.
