UnlistedFamilyLaunchHook
0xd450f631efa0596c67e3eb1e2b38513b203e30c8BlockscoutFamilyLaunchHook registers one token launch per pool, capturing a per-pool swap fee, optional directional buy/sell tax, and a time-limited anti-snipe tax via beforeSwapReturnsDelta. Captured fees are donated back to the pool LP in afterSwap. Supports progressive liquidity tiers for relaunches; hookData is unused and no custom swap data is required.
