0xd790922706d434f7925b4998a4fe72feb68ae0ccBlockscoutA skill-gated launch hook for native ETH/token pools where all swaps pay a configurable default fee (up to 20%) unless the swapper presents a short-lived EIP-712 voucher earned in an off-chain archery mini-game. Fees are collected in native ETH via BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta; the registrar can only lower fees (one-way ratchet), with zero acting as a permanent graduation to fee-free trading.
