A launch-tax hook for single-sided ETH/token pools that extracts a configurable fee (0.5–10%) plus a time-decaying anti-snipe surcharge (up to +4% for the first 60 seconds) from ETH-leg swaps as ERC-6909 claim tokens. Accrued claims are redeemed for real ETH and routed to FLOW baskets (0.25% of trade) and the pool's own token holders (remainder).
