0xf295127365a2c3055fdfba01b0596da56dcfa444BlockscoutA Uniswap v4 hook for ETH/StockRipToken pools that charges a flat 1% fee on all swaps, routing fees to an owner-set address (buys: fee taken in StockRipToken and swapped to ETH via an internal pool swap; sells: fee taken in ETH). Pool initialization and seed liquidity are gated on the token's `launching()` flag. Buy access is governance-gated via `externalBuysEnabled`; until enabled, only owner-registered protocol buyers may purchase.
