0xf91f859e21dc93da086f38e0105ad96c05d22044BlockscoutSingleton Uniswap v4 hook for graduated $POP meme token pools. Takes a combined hook fee and creator fee from each swap's unspecified currency via afterSwapReturnsDelta. Launch-token fees are batched and converted to the quote token via an internal pool swap at sweep time, then split among protocol, creator, and a cashback mode (QuoteBurn burns to dead address, HolderRewards distributes to token holders). Curve-phase pools also apply a decaying snipe tax on early buys.
